NOAH is a non-profit, 501-C-3 tax exempt organization that functions as a primary support system to first-response animal welfare groups.  Our mission is to assist these organizations in providing aid, comfort, safety and support to animals that have been neglected and/or abused. We are dedicated to the principle that no animal should suffer neglect or abuse and when they do, we stand ready to assist first-response caregivers in whatever manner is required.

The role of the motorcycles in our mission is several-fold:

 1. When an animal is rescued from an abusive environment, we accompany the first-responders to the location.  This enhances their safety and sends a clear message to the abuser that should the animal be returned to the home, abuse and/or neglect will not be tolerated and we, as an organization, are watching.

2.  If an animal must be returned to a home where it was abused or neglected, we will periodically ride to check on the animal.  Again, a clear message is sent.

3.  We will organize charity rides to raise funds for animal welfare organizations.

4. The motorcycles provide increased attraction at pet adoptions.

We, as an organization, are dedicated to enhancing the quality of the lives of the animals that live as citizens in our community. We will utilize all resources at our disposal to execute that mission.
